This one has sample accurate triggering, beat-matching(but no laggy rewire), sample and channel transposing, adsr, but works only with audio samples(no MIDI implemented yet)
it is unfinished and is far away from solutions like Five12's Numerology with a launchpad...but here we go, you might get some useful ideas from the patch. If you do anything with it, please share :)

couldn't try it out yet, but according to f.e. there are just minor changes necessary to light up the KPK!!

It was a complete/absolute/horrible nightmare to achieve this. Korg documentation was written in very very old chinese language and nothing happened as expected; so it took me *a week* to get it work. Too much cheap bourbon to say more at this time of the night but i'll take time to do a clean package with help files and examples as soon as possible. This works for the Korg Kontrol 49. To begin the firework, hit the #0 toggle to enter Native Mode, then, on the right, hit the toggle near the 'metro 250' called "random pads"; your 16 pads should shine and sing on their on...
If you got time, this patch is full of infos needed to do anything
with Korg keyboards, but it's still rather undocumented. But you could explore it as you wish : here you can name the LCDs, control the pads (on/off, colors) and so on...

just wanted to let you guys know how far i got with my kpk hack.

i am a max n00b - but somehow got the lights to blink in desired speed and good sync with Alive.
also the midilearn works in Alive with every button and pad.
did not bother wih encoder, knobs, XY and LED yet.
still have trouble sending sysex directly from Max to th KPK. so to use this patch, you must have MidiOx installed.
surprisingly the cpu is down, even if the whole thing is on fire!

i am shure there a much more elegant ways to achieve the same things i did - but this is a Max-learning project and a good way to dive into this crazy piece of music-sw (did not touch reaktor since i started hacking the KPK!).
please let me know what you think!

patch is for windows. tried txt-version, but couldn't open it in max again.
lobjects, jasch_objects and RTC_lib may be required (chck max objects database).
follow instructions inside.

you could use Midiox or Max to send these Sysex strings (f0...f7) to the PKP.
